摘要：

The paper first sets forth the implication of supply chain, and then analyzes the motives and meanings of cooperative innovation in supply chain enterprises. There are two main motives for each enterprise to participate in supply chain, that is to share the cost and the technology. In the end the paper delves into the modes of cooperative innovation in supply chain enterprises. The modes of cooperative innovation in supply chain enterprise can be classified into different types by different classification standards. Two classification standards are discussed in the paper.
