Single crystal diamond photonic crystal nanocavity: Fabrication and Initial Characterization

摘要
We present a photonic crystal high-Q nanocavity realized on a single crystal diamond membrane produced by ion implantation. The cavity is patterned by Focused-Ion-Beam milling. The micro-photoluminescence exhibits Q approximate to 500 at lambda = 612nm and clear polarization dependence. (C) 2010 Optical Society of America
