Electronic Government and Neoliberalism: archetype of the limitations of citizen interactivity in the brazilian model

摘要
The article aims to suggest a discussion on the influence of neoliberal thinking on the design of the e-government project in Brazil. Starting from the analysis of consolidated data such as: Internet Steering Committee in Brazil, Brazilian Institute of Geography, Statistics and Gen:Alio Vargas Foundation and Digital In. Trying to trace a correlation in the pattern adopted of electronic public policies applied to the Brazilian reality and the lack of interactivity and social participation as being one of the characteristics of the minimal state of neoliberal thought.
