Internet instruments for dissemination of information about law - Polish experience

Dissemination of information about law is one of the most important aspects of shaping the optimal level of legal security for citizens. This applies in particular to those stages of the development of the legal system, in which there are violent and multifaceted changes in legislation, breaking the solutions known to the public so far. Such a situation takes place in Poland due to the political changes that have occurred in recent years. In such circumstances, the instruments for disseminating information about the law, or to put it precisely - about changes in the law, start to play a key role in the dissemination of knowledge about the currently applicable laws. At this stage of development, electronic instruments, including online social communication instruments, are becoming an essential medium of cognitive activities, addressed both to all members of the society who are to follow this law, as well as to professionals whose task is to put the applicable law in practice.
