摘要
Green building brings the concept of sustainable development into the field of architecture, and provides an effective way to solve the high-pollution and high energy-consumption problem. The paper analyzes the constitutions of the incremental costs in construction phase and economic benefits within a reasonable number of years. Lang Shi Green District of Wuxi is taken as example, the results show that the total incremental costs of Lang Shi Green District are 249.07 yuan per square meter. Energy saving accounts for the largest proportion of 56%, indoor environment and water conservation, respectively, occupy the second and third place with 17.35% and 12.24%.
