摘要
Event shape variables were a useful tool to analyze topology of the e(+)e(-) and recently has been applied to pp collisions. In the present work, one of these variables, the Sphericity distribution is calculated for minimum bias events obtained with the PYTHIA event generator. The results show that for minimum bias pp collisions, different kinematic variables, like transverse momentum and multiplicity distribution exhibit strong sensitivity dependence on the parton distribution functions used.
