摘要
Two Quadrature Single Side Band Mixers. based on Gilbert-Cell are designed for multi-band OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multilplexing) Ultra Wide Band(UWB) applications. The sideband suppression is about -56dBc for 3.432GHz and -48dBc for 3.96GHz Hz and -43dBc for 4.488GHz in the upper QSSB Mixer while -50dBc for 792MHz in the lower QSSB with 16mA from a 1.8V power supply, utilizing JAZZ 0.18um CMOS RF process. The performance of the QSSB Mixers meets the requirement of the system specifications. The QSSB Mixers are under-test.
