摘要：

Adopting SOA architecture, this paper has taken a large quantity of emergency platform Web services as the integrated objects to get the Web service registered in UDDI to facilitate the user's registration, storage and query. It is imperative to achieve the connection mode from the client of emergency platform registration center to the registration center, and to classify the emergency platform Web service resources to facilitate the emergency platform registration center management, to improve the government's response to emergency and public events, and to economize on labor power and material resources.
