摘要：

Cardiac involvement is among the most common cause of death in FRDA and is responsible for impaired quality of life. HCM is the most common form of cardiac involvement in FRDA, and a comprehensive clinical and instrumental evaluation is required to early detect and properly manage its manifestations and prevent complications.
