It is known that humanity has been influenced by religious life for many ages. In the initial period, while the only religious was effective in people's lives itself, its effects had been gradually reduced in social life, and it had started to become flexible. So times is mature that it had not been understood the issues of whether a rule was coming from religion or customs. Religious obligations which where also in law had began to be felt themselves in the modern law. Since the law could not be apart from the people's lives, the religious obligations had been adapted to the time in the modern law. This practise to be made in the Otoman society by means of so called "Mecelle" had been felt itself in the practice of the global law.
