摘要
The oxidative mechanisms involved in lignin degradation by white-rot fungi were discussed. The gene regulation and characteristics of LiP and MnP which included characteristics of peroxidases were studied. The indirect oxidation of aromatic compounds by mediation of oxalate and phenolics was also examined. The self-propogating chemical reactions initiated by oxidative enzymes were also elaborated.
