摘要
Bicycles currently on the market can only be pedaled in a single direction. The one-way pedaling action does not allow the leg muscles (above and below) to achieve the same amount of exercise at the same time. This study proposes a improved concept of bicycle that can allow the bicycle pedaling in both directions. Regardless that the bicycle is pedaling forward or backward, the bicycle can maintain forward direction.
