The article presents the general scheme of the employees motivation system development at a automobile enterprise under the conditions of instable market economy; recommendations concerning the formation of the payment system are given; the key factors that determine changes in the motivation systems are defined; methods of recruitment for the national automobile enterprises are outlined.
