"Internet plus" era is increasingly affect the enterprise business model, at the same time has brought new challenges to the enterprise traditional human resource management mode. Finally, in order to improve the matching degree of traditional pattern of human resource management in the era of "Internet plus", and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management. This article put forward innovative suggestions for human resources management model from four parts, to eliminate the hierarchy of organization, to eliminate boundary of resource integration, to eliminate performance of staff incentive, to eliminate the center of communication.
