摘要
Raman gas analyzer in the ultraviolet region of the spectrum based on a solid-state small-sized Nd Yag laser with a wavelength of 266 nm is presented. During the experiments, the threshold sensitivity for the detection of hydrocarbons CH4, C2H6, C3H8, i/n -C4H10, i/n -C5H12 was reached at a distance of 5 mat 2 ppm and 5 ppm for H2S.
