摘要
Strength and stiffness of the bottom cassette of plate roller leveler will have a direct impact on the leveling capability and the quality of product To solve the problems that the plate leveler in some plant mills is unable to meet the design capacity and the roll set deforms severely, the model of the bottom cassette modeled by Pro/E is imported into ANSYS code to be analyzed in this paper. The calculations locate the causes of the problems and propose an improved scheme. The method can help others complex equipments design.
