Isolation of taxoids from cell suspension cultures of Taxus wallichiana

摘要
Cell suspension cultures of stem-derived callus of Taxus wallichiana in MS-F culture media were found to produce three C-14 oxygenated taxoids and one regular taxoid. The taxoids were identified as yunnanxane (1), 2 alpha ,5 alpha ,10 beta ,14 beta -tetraacetory-4(20),11-taxadiene (2), 2 alpha ,5 alpha ,10 beta -triacetoxy-14 beta-(2-methyl)-butyryloxy-4(20),11-taxadiene (3) and 1 beta -hydroxybaccatin I (4).
