摘要
Customers' review data on the items purchased at online shopping malls is actively produced and shared by potential customers in the future. The collected review data is accumulated in text format in the Database, and collective intelligence is used. In this paper, we present a deep learning model that predicts the ratings of customers' products by learning cumulative review data.
