摘要：

Based oil the Balanced Scorecard theory and Environmental-friendly theory this paper presents a theoretical model of the environmental performance management, And put forward a series of hypotheses based on the environmental performance management theoretical model. With the help of the survey data which come from 156 small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises we test this model and the related hypothesis. The results of the analysis indicated that for small and medium-sized manufacturing, enterprises, Process management to be effective, this is the essence of their survival and development. We discuss further the results management Inspiration for the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises environmental performance management.
