摘要
Taekwondo training usually includes fixed target drill, moving target drill and counteracting exercise which consumes a lot of manpower and time As more and more people participate in this game, the requirements of Taekwondo training are significantly increased However, the shortage of professional Taekwondo training staff at current time is difficult to solve Therefore, to fulfill the growing using demands, designing efficient Taekwondo training apparatus is profitable This paper studies the Taekwondo training apparatus designs based on the ergonomics The devised apparatus integrates a large number of modem scientific research results including permanent magnet AC servo motor, a variety of sensors, spur gears and pulleys, and also uses a large number of high-tech materials It can simulate opponent's movement through controlling system programs setup Thereby trainee can achieve real exercises effect without the help of other people The PLC component controls two servo motors simultaneously to move the humanoid target in both X and Y directions The movement is implemented through man-machine interface operations and the control can be entirely managed by software
