Preparation and microwave dielectric properties of the BaO•(Sm1-xLax)2O3•5TiO2 ceramic system

摘要
The microwave dielectric properties of the BaO . (Sm1-xLax)(2)O-3. 5TiO(2) ceramic system were studied for developing high quality microwave dielectric ceramics. In this system, the substitution of La for Sm is effective for dielectric constant Er, but not effective for Q value. We found high quality resonator materials which show high epsilon (r) of 90.7, Q.f products of 8900 GHz and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency tau (f) 4.2 ppm/degreesC at the composition of x=0.1.
