Measuring relative grain boundary energies and mobilities in an aluminum foil from triple junction geometry

摘要
The relative grain boundary energies and mobilities in Al foil are investigated. These energies and mobilities are extracted from the geometry and crystallography of triple junctions. This approach is based on the assumption of local equilibrium of grain boundary energies at triple junctions.
