摘要
Relation between photocatalytic and photoluminescence properties of zinc oxide nanopowder doped with low concentrations of copper and manganese is examined. The samples were obtained by means of method of spontaneous crystallization. For the first time it was determined that this relation depends on many factors including crystalline state of the material, type and concentration of dopants. With increase of dopant concentration photocatalytic activity decreases and photoluminescence intensity rises.
