摘要
In order to meet the needs of the transformation development of logistics, it has become a trend to build a regional transportation logistics public information platform (TLPIP). The TLPIP, as a public, open and shared platform, can be regarded as a two-sided public platform based on the platform theory. The platform provides public information service and professional service on the basis of the demands of platform's stakeholders. According to the network value analysis of the platform based on the indirect network externality of the platform theory, this paper, taking Jiangxi province as a case, proposes the platform dynamic evolution strategy of small transportation - big transportation - small logistics - big logistics, to make sure the platform develops normally and sustainably. Finally, the platform operation mode is discussed.
