摘要
The analytical expressions of the stochastic electromagnetic Hermite-cos-Gaussian correlated Schell-model (EHcGSM) beams are first shown. The propagation expressions of a stochastic EHcGSM beam in turbulent ocean are theoretically derived, and the evolutions in intensity and degree of polarization of which propagating in the turbulent ocean and free space are simulated and analyzed with numerical examples. The intensity of stochastic EHcGSM beams in free space has a multiple intensity distribution. However, the intensity distributions of the same beams propagating through turbulent ocean will overlap with each other due to the actions of the turbulent ocean. Moreover, degree of polarization of stochastic EHcGSM beams will change during which propagation in the turbulent ocean and free space, and the on-axis degree of polarization will gradually increase into maximum value and then decrease as the z increases.
