摘要
The circuit topology and switching pattern of the proposed grid-connected current source boost inverter (CSBI) provide the capability of boosting and inverting a low dc voltage of a sustainable energy (SE) source (e. g. a photovoltaic panel or fuel cell) to the higher ac voltage of the grid, all in a single stage. This will also provide a robust grid-connected inverter to regulate the output voltage and control the injected power for stand-alone and grid-connected cases, respectively. In PV-based CSBIs, PV panels are connected in parallel, and consequently, a panel's defect or malfunction will not significantly affect the operation of the rest of the system. In this paper, a power control scheme is presented based on the previously proposed switching pattern for CSBI and verified using a 500W grid-connected inverter.
