摘要：

With the popularity of Internet, the distance education has become one of the important ways to realize the lifelong education. However, the problem of education quality is increasingly prominent. Firstly, the teachers' role of distance education and its classification are analyzed, and then the current situation of teachers' professionalism in distance education is determined clearly. Lastly, effective ways to improve teachers' professional quality in distance education are proposed, hoping to provide reference for teachers' development in China distance education.
