摘要：

Three fitness elements associated with the life-history of the cockroach hunting wasp A. compressa were studied in relation to female body size. The importance of body size is best demonstrated in the numbers of mature eggs. The overall realized fecundity or lifetime reproductive success (LRS) and longevity do hardly increase with body size.
