摘要
In this paper, we consider a mathematical model of cell-free virus infectivity of HIV-I with logistic growth. Our main results show that the disease goes to extinction if the basic reproduction number less than one, whilst the infection becomes persistent in vivo if the basic reproduction number greater than one. Hopf bifurcation is found, and the effect of the parameter on stability of the infected equilibrium is also discussed.
