摘要
The present study undertakes an approach to the creative capacity of a group of students, future teachers of Early Childhood Education, before an activity developed in the Didactics of Plastic and Visual Education subject. The method used is presented from a qualitative perspective from the graphic representations executed by the participants, the verbalized responses and the interactions during the case study process. The reasons why students offer a mostly homogeneous response to an open-minded approach are analyzed, without resorting to creative freedom in graphic representation, of which no limitations are required. The results show that most of the participants act with fears and prejudices in the face of the possibility of visually symbolizing different scenarios from those they think is expected of them and moving away from traditional contexts in which they have been instructed.
