摘要
Parahydrogen-induced polarization is used for the continuous generation of hyperpolarized molecules. Constant 1H and 13C NMR signal enhancement is demonstrated using a continuous delivery of parahydrogen by hollow fiber membranes (see picture, left), which allows the acquisition of two-dimensional NMR signals requiring multiple acquisitions with constant initial polarization. © 2010 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
