摘要
DNGOs have been taking a important role in the international economic cooperation since the second half of the 20 th century. But it's been in the last decades when their number has been increased in a spectacular way due to the great recognition given by different society sectors, It has became what is frequently known as "NGO phenomenon", characterised by its complexity due to the way in which such organizations have developed and multiply themselves. At the same time the public and private funds have been increased considerably. All this has created the necessity of clarifying the so-called "3 rd sector". This paper, once analysed the NGO evolution, especially the NGOD one, shows the present complexity of this phenomenon. The aim is to detect what kind of information should be provided so that the public institutions and the society that support them could value their activities. Later, the legal requirements of information, to which they are submitted, will be analysed. The conclusions drawn are that the NGDOs don't provide the information required by the collaborative institutions and civil society.
