摘要：

This paper describes the background and significance of study on new evaluation system for technological innovative achievements and calculation of economic benefits in oil enterprises. Based on comparative analysis of domestic and overseas technological achievements evaluation system and methods, the specialties covered in oil enterprises and types of their innovative achievements are scientifically classified, a technological achievement evaluation system applicable for oil enterprises is established, and the calculation method and model for economic benefits of Type I (Technical application) achievements by way of bootstrapping are worked out.
