摘要
With the rapid development of the terrestrial mobile communication technology and the more requirements of various service applications, the integrated space and terrestrial network is become an inexorable trend. The total investment of satellite system becomes a key factor for the success of the integration. From the perspective of technology, a novel low cost of the integrated scheme is proposed. In the scheme, the architecture of the satellite system, the payload configuration, TT&C protocol and operation& maintenance are investigated. Finally, the key technologies of the integrated system and their maturity are proposed.
