摘要
The current study aims to investigate the effect of Basorol P DB-9935 (M-DB) as nanodemulsifier on operating temperature and dewatering efficiency of light, medium, and heavy crude oil. The optimum temperature for dewatering process of different types of crude was obtained using mathematical modeling and was applied for the experimental examinations. Afterward, experimental procedure was performed including nine testes in three different concentrations of nanoparticle at three temperatures for each type of crude oil based on Taguchi Experimental Design. The experiments were repeated inside and outside of the magnetic field. Finally, the capability of M-DB as the demulsifier was examined in water-in-oil (W/O) nanoemulsion under an external magnetic field and showed an improvement in the magnetic nanodemulsifier effect on operating temperature, dewatering efficiency, and settling time for three types of crude oils with different APIs. Based on the calculated results, the optimum concentration of M-DB was obtained 0.98, 0.99, and 1.1 ppm, while the optimum operating temperature was determined 38.2, 45.2, and 50.1for Hengam, Maroon, and Khark, respectively.
