摘要：

Architectural enterprise knowledge team is the main carrier for knowledge innovation in the architectural enterprise. The knowledge innovation is a dynamic process which consists of feedback mechanism, remedy mechanism, catalytic mechanism, safeguard mechanism, coordinational evolution mechanism and management mechanism. The exploration of these internal mechanism which works for the architectural enterprise knowledge innovation is based on the constructed model through the theory analysis.
