摘要：
it is argued that due to construction supply chain peculiarities, that is, concentricity, provisionality and agility, lead to the complexity and instability of construction supply chain, which preclude the actors of construction supply chain from communicating with each other and sharing the knowledge, so it is necessary to adopt some valid measures to strengthen the knowledge management in the construction supply chain. Then this paper analyzes the problems in the construction supply chain because of lacking knowledge management, and which make the construction supply chain lack of integrity and difficult to achieve the goal. And then this paper points out the material contents about the knowledge management in the construction supply chain mainly include the creativity and discovery of knowledge, acquirement of knowledge, sharing and diffusing the knowledge, and application of knowledge. Finally, this paper points out some countermeasures about how to strengthen knowledge management in the construction supply chain.
