摘要
It is important to enhance public services and promote the equalization of basic public service in implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious society, but currently the imbalance between supply and demand of public services in China is very prominent, how to achieve the equalization of basic public services has already become a hot topic to government and academia. As an important component of public finances, the development of financial ecology will directly relate to social harmony and stability, and affect the efficiency and effectiveness of public services supply. Financial ecological environment has increasingly become a major factor to constrain public services development. Without strong support from financial ecological environment, in many cases, the equalization of basic public services is meaningless. This paper will discuss the relationship between financial ecology and public services and current status, and explore specific methods on financial support to public services, in the expectation to play a role in early realization of equalization in China's basic public services.
