摘要
This paper presents the outcomes of a study undertaken by researchers from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (TUCN) and the University of Angers. The goal pursued within this initiative was twofold. First of all, we aimed to develop a methodology that would improve the effectiveness of a strategy by considering implementation issues early on in the formulation process. We have built our model on the characteristics of the Romanian academic environment of which employee's motivation received most of our attention. Secondly, based on the features of the proposed methodology, we have identified the leadership skills that are required to increase the chances of success in the strategy implementation process.
