摘要：

This paper deals with direct electrochemical detection of antigens using a new method of functionalization of gold electrodes. The antibody was treated in order to form SH groups allowing direct fixation onto gold substrates with coverage factor close to theta = 0.9. An interesting sensitivity for antigen of about few pg/ml can be reached.
