摘要
The article discusses the strategy for evaluating of the natural and industrial system performance at the mining and processing complex. The methods comprising a systematic approach position allowing one to unite technological, economic, social and technogenic aspects are developed. Evaluation of the natural and industrial systems (NIS) functioning effectiveness is conducted using the integral sustainable development factor which is calculated on the basis of technological, economic, social and technogenic indicators. They fully characterize the basic results of the NIS development version. The results of studies that allowed us to generalize the mechanism of the mining and processing complex influence on the NIS in the form of mathematical models linking the state of the system with the basic parameters of technology and quality dependencies are considered. A criterion characterizing the stability of NIS development is proposed. Index values and the integral criterion characterize the stability of the NIS development and allow one to determine the area of organizational and technological issues that need to be solved to improve the NIS functioning effectiveness. The relationship between the NIS parameters of the mining and processing complex was investigated, and methods and algorithms that provide for more efficient NIS functioning were developed.
