Investigation of energy storage and electrical properties of modified BaTiO3 doped by BaBi2Nb2O9 nano crystalline ceramics

摘要
Nanocrystalline (1-x) (Ba1-x(PrK)(x)O-3)-x (BaBi2Nb2O9) where, x = 0.1 (abbreviated as BTPK-BBN0.1) ceramic was prepared using precursor solution decomposition method. The crystallite particle characteristics of nano ceramics were studied from XRD and TEM analysis. A high dielectric constant was observed for 1 kHz frequency. At high temperature (600 degrees C) the grains were diffused and the ceramics showed both grain and grain boundary conductivity. A good ferroelectric polarization was observed during P-E hysteresis study. The remnant polarization, maximum polarization, coercive electric field values were gradually increased with increasing electric field. A high 65% energy efficiency was observed at 400 V.
