摘要
The shale oil obtained acquired from pyrolysis is a kind of substitutes for crude oil, if be exploited and utilized reasonably, it can greatly ease the energy crisis. It is significant to study the pyrolysis of oil shale. The purpose of the experiment is to provide a basis for Fushun oil shale used efficiently and reasonably in the industrial production. Proximate analysis and ultimate analysis of oil shale were carried out. Fushun oil shale is a kind of high-ash low calorific value fuel, and is suitable to be utilized locally. Using TG-FTIR thermogravimetry-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, an experiment was carried out to study the pyrolysis law of Fushun oil shale under non-isothermal conditions. While the gas products were analyzed by the interconnected FTIR in real time. FTIR spectra indicated that pyrolysis components are saturated hydrocarbons, CO(2), NO(2), SO(2), CO, water, etc. The Shape and position of characteristic peaks showed significant changes.
