摘要
V2X technology, one of the key technologies in 5G network, has two different technology solutions. One of the solutions is the self-organizing network and the other is Long Term Evolution for Vehicles (LTE-V). Resource allocation and mobility management are two major works in the LTE-V, and mobility management plays a crucial role in a multicell environment. However, the existing mobility management in the LTE does not meet the requirements for the V2X handover scenario. So the author propose a new mobility management scheme which is based on double resources allocation handover solution. In this solution, vehicles use two resources during the handover to avoid connection lost. In the last, the author simulate this mobility management scheme in the virtual environment and the result shows that this scheme can well support V2X communication in a multicell environment.
