The phenomenology of solid-electrolyte interface II. The interface in electrochemical equilibria

摘要
The direct right proportion of the amplitude of charging oscillatory currents on the frequency of 50Hz (the background noise in the time-current recordings) with the logarithm of the concentration solution leads to a simple model regarding the structure and the phenomenology of the equilibrium interface. An over-structured area addiacent to the electrode, discretly organized by "correlative interionic effects", is associated to a spatial charge responsible for the occurence of the electrode potential. In the conditions of the electrochemical equilibrium, the over-structure spontaneoulsy formed, as a "transition phase" well defined includes solvent molecules specifically oriented and differently polarized, is directly connected to the solution concentration and is the center of the potential exponential fill at the interface. In the vision of the Bockris model for double electrical field, this one was interposed between PHI and PHE and is named "External Structural Layer" (ESL).
