摘要：

An efficient gold-catalyzed oxidative cyclization of amide-alkynes is developed. A series of functionalized gamma-lactams are easily accessed by employing this strategy. The tandem reaction proceeds through alkyne oxidation, carbene/alkyne metathesis, and donor/donor carbene oxidation.
