摘要
Human resource management at colleges and universities in china is in the transformation from traditional personnel management to human resource management based on people. Therefore, it's of great significance to put the conception of human resource management into faculty resources management as well as conduct innovation at colleges and universities. Through discussion of the concept of human resources and human resource management, the article analyzes the characteristics of human resources at colleges and universities and the differences between personnel management and HR management and further suggests that innovations in HR management should be made in concept, management mode and systems to prosper the college and university.
