摘要
The two-microphone method has been developped to investigate experimentally the work fluxes in a thermoacoustic prime mover in this paper. In the case of sound field of thermoacoustic prime, mover, some special cautions have been taken to utilize the method. First, instead of the conventional microphones, two piezoelectrical pressure transducers have been adopted to measure the large-amplitude sound pressure in the prime mover. Second, a suitable distance between the two transducers has been checked carefully. Last, the phase differences between the two channels of the data acquisiting system have been measured precisely to eliminate their effects on the experimental results. Experimental results show that the acoustic work nux in the thermoacoustic prime mover depends on the mean pressure and the supplied heat power. Some other results including the pressure amplitude, the velocity amplitude, the phase difference between the pressure and the velocity oscillations, the temperature gradient in relation with mean pressure and heat power in the prime mover are also delivered in this paper.
