摘要
Capacitive accelerometers offer capabilities that closely match those of larger, heavier and more expensive servo-type accelerometers. They have the advantage of being very small and light while conventional servo accelerometers are much heavier and larger. Some capacitive accelerometers are available as small packages that can be mounted directly on printed circuit boards.
