摘要
We used iron probe to study how doping elements are incorporated into a-alumina powders by the impregnation method. Although perturbed by relaxation phenomena, Mossbauer spectroscopy proved to be a fast and informative tool to follow the incorporation of iron. On the basis of Mossbauer data, optical absorption and thermoluminescence of the samples were also discussed. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
